Reservations

A booking at Valley View Resort is a request until payment required for that booking succeeds and a Booking ID is issued. Selecting a room, table, show, or event does not hold it.

Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees and include the taxes shown at checkout. The amount due now, and any balance payable at the resort, is the amount displayed before you pay.

You must be 18 or older to make a booking. Please give the name of the guest who will arrive, a working 10-digit mobile number, and any details we ask for so the reservation can be honoured.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Early arrival or a later departure is possible only when the room is free, and may be charged.

Every adult guest must present a valid government photo identity at check-in. We may refuse a stay if identity cannot be verified, and the cancellation rules in the Refund Policy then apply.

The number of adults and children must stay within the occupancy shown for the room. Extra guests cannot be added on arrival unless a further room is available and paid for.

Dining, shows, and events

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be reserved with or without a room. A table is confirmed only after payment succeeds. Show seats are confirmed per guest after full payment.

Banquet, auditorium, meeting, and celebration requests are confirmed by our team after we accept the booking. The advance shown at checkout is collected to hold the space. The balance, menu, and timing are agreed before the event.

Outside food and drink are not served in the restaurant, bar, or event spaces unless we have agreed to it in writing.

The house

Smoking is not permitted in rooms or in enclosed public areas. Please use only the outdoor places the team points out.

Quiet hours on the grounds run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Events follow the timing agreed in the booking.

Guests are responsible for damage to rooms, furnishings, or grounds beyond ordinary use. The cost of repair or replacement may be charged before departure.

Pets are not allowed unless the resort has agreed in writing before arrival.

Please do not leave cash, jewellery, or electronics unattended. Ask the front desk about in-room storage. The resort is not liable for items left in public areas or in a room after checkout.

Our right to refuse

We may refuse or end a stay, table, or event where a guest is abusive to staff or other guests, damages the property, or breaks these terms. Charges already paid are handled under the Refund Policy.

If we cannot honour a confirmed booking because of a fault on our side, we will offer a comparable alternative at the resort or a refund of the amount paid for the part we cannot provide.

Changes to these terms

The terms shown on this page at the time you confirm a booking apply to that booking. We may update this page for later reservations.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
